Hands-on AI practitioner
AI moves fast. Let’s take 30 minutes to make sense of it.

How I think
Start with the value. The tool comes last.
Many AI initiatives start with licences and end with low usage. I start with a simpler question: what should be different in your business six months from now, and how will we know?
People × Process × Technology
In that order. Technology solves nothing if people and processes don’t move with it.
Listen
Your context, your constraints, your people. I ask before I suggest, and I don’t assume I already know the answer.
Map
Where AI helps and where it doesn’t. Which lever matters most: time, quality, growth, knowledge retention or risk. And which KPI tells us it worked.
Start
One concrete first step, tried in real work. Practice over theory, speed over perfection. Then we learn and adjust.
How I can help
Four ways to work together. All of them hands-on.
Make sense of AI
For CEOs, leadership teams and boardsOrientation and sparring: what AI means for your business and your operating model, where the value sits, and which decisions to take first.
02Use of AI, not use cases
For leadership and functional leadsI prefer “use of AI” to “use cases”. The question isn’t which case to fund, it’s how AI changes the way work gets done. In workshops we find where AI is worth using in your daily work and agree how we measure the effect.
03Enablement that sticks
For teams, champions and whole organisationsPractical training on the tools you already have, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, built on real tasks. Plus the rhythm and community that keep it going after day one.
04Keynotes & panelsOn stage
For conferences, leadership offsites and company eventsTalks on AI adoption, operating models and what changes when AI becomes part of the working week. Grounded in practice, made for discussion.

On stage
Speaking about what I do every day.
Keynotes and panels on AI adoption, operating models and the AI-era way of working. In German or English, always from practice.

About
Curious, hands-on, and in the middle of it.
I’m Jonas Epp, a hands-on AI practitioner. I’ve worked in transformation and change for more than 20 years, and since 2023 I’ve focused fully on AI adoption and enablement.
I use what I teach. My own working week runs on AI. It prepares drafts, analyses and meeting follow-ups, and the dashboards I used to delegate I now build myself. My ratio flipped from 80% doing and 20% thinking to the reverse.
Questions
Good to know before we talk.
What happens in the intro call?
A 30-minute call about your challenges and needs. We put them into context and look at where AI could help. You leave with a clearer picture and, if it fits, an idea for a first step. Free and without obligation.
Who do you work with?
Mostly small and mid-sized companies in Switzerland and the DACH region, roughly 100 to 1,000 people, often in regulated industries. I work with CEOs, leadership teams, HR and transformation leads, and the teams doing the work.
Do you sell software or licences?
No. I’m vendor-independent. I work with the tools you already have and recommend new ones only when they serve a clear purpose.
What does a hands-on AI practitioner do?
I use AI in my own work every day and help others do the same. The focus is adoption: what changes in how people actually work, which value it creates and how you measure it. Less strategy deck, more practice.
Let’s talk
30 minutes. Your challenges, my honest view.
We look at what you’re dealing with, put it into context and see what makes sense. If I can’t help, I’ll say so.
